These terms and conditions apply to the use of the basa1 website (basa1.win) and all associated services. By registering on basa1 or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms.

Basa1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with basa1:

• Each individual may register only one account. Opening a second account is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Membership is not available to individuals in countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

After registration, basa1 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If a member provides false information, basa1 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any funds held.

All financial transactions on basa1 are governed by the following rules:

Members must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name for all withdrawals. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted. basa1 reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold pending investigation.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw funds derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must first be met.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, basa1's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa1 and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account under the same individual's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting the bonus system for personal gain.
• Bots & Software: Using automated betting software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using funds derived from illegal sources on the platform.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to defraud the platform.
• Hacking: Attempting to compromise the platform's security or manipulate game outcomes.
• False Information: Operating an account under a false identity.

Members must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making a withdrawal on basa1. This is a requirement under international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

If an inactive account holds a balance, basa1 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance, whichever is lower.

Basa1 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform. However, basa1 is not responsible in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet or server issues
• Natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or from sharing account credentials
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider issue

Basa1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall total liability exceed the member's total deposits for the relevant month.

If you have a dispute with basa1, please contact our support team in the first instance. Most issues can be resolved through direct discussion. The support team aims to address every complaint within 48 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved directly, a complaint may be submitted to basa1's licensing authority. Full details of our licensing authority are available on the platform.

Protective measures available on basa1:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
